Our daycare is open Tuesday to Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

As an option when booking, you can choose to extend these hours according to your schedule.

We have flexible morning hours, but it's best to arrange a drop-off and pick-up time with us to ensure your dog receives the best possible welcome. Additional fees apply outside of normal opening hours.

No worries! The Disney Pack is specially designed for park visitors who want to offer their dog a truly pampering day, even without prior adaptation.

It is a one-off service, carefully supervised to ensure a pleasant and secure experience.

What if I prefer to have an adaptation? It's recommended! Enjoy a 20% discount on the adaptation session (€32 instead of €40) if you then book a standard or premium day. Good to know: once the adaptation is done, it remains valid for your next visits!

We currently offer day care only. However, we plan to offer short-term care options in the near future.

• Dogs must be sociable with humans and their peers

• Mandatory vaccinations: Rabies (R), Canine Distemper (C), Rubarth Hepatitis (H), Parvovirosis (P), Influenza (Pi), Leptospirosis (L4) + strongly recommended kennel cough vaccine (Tx)

• Preventive flea and tick treatments / deworming required and up to date.

• Minimum age: 6 months.

• Identification of the dog by electronic chip (the I-CAD identification card must be provided)

• Dogs in categories 1 and 2 as well as females in heat are not accepted.

• A discovery session is mandatory before integration into the daycare, with presentation of the animal's health record.

We welcome all dogs, regardless of their size, provided they meet our admission requirements (up-to-date vaccinations, sociable behavior, etc.).

Yes, group walks are scheduled daily for all full-day bookings, in addition to playtime and socialization. If your dog requires more exercise, we offer a personalized walking service (additional charge).

Yes, the daycare is designed to promote socialization and interaction between dogs. We take care to form homogeneous groups based on each animal's size, personality, and temperament to ensure their well-being and comfort.

We only accept sociable dogs to ensure a good relationship within the daycare. However, after assessing their behavior, we can find suitable solutions based on your dog's specific needs.

We welcome dogs from 6 months old, provided they are fully vaccinated.

This isn't necessary; we have comfortable dog beds on site. If you prefer, you can bring your dog's bed, but we decline any responsibility for any damage. We recommend that you label your dog's belongings carefully.

Food is not included in our services. However, at the request of the owners, we can provide your dog's regular food, provided by you, for an additional fee.

Dog Daycare is exclusively dedicated to welcoming dogs.

We understand that every dog is unique. If behavioral issues arise, we are committed to discussing them with you, assessing the situation, and finding the best solution for your dog's well-being. Your pet's safety and comfort are our priority.

With the Premium plan, you'll receive photos of your dog throughout the day and a short report at the end of the day. For the standard rate, options are available to receive updates. However, our priority is to spend quality time with the animals, and we thank you for your understanding if we are not always immediately available to take calls.

If the animal is not recovered before 7:00 p.m. and we have not heard from the owner. If after these attempts we remain without response, the animal will be considered abandoned and we will be obliged to take the necessary measures, including handing the animal over to the pound.

Yes, we offer grooming, massage, and wellness services for dogs. These services are available either while your dog is in daycare for canine osteopathy, or by appointment, depending on the schedule of the professionals in residence.

Yes, we are covered by professional civil liability insurance, which is mandatory for practicing.

Reservations are strongly recommended to guarantee your time slot. However, depending on availability, you can also use the self-service dog wash without prior reservation.

By accepting the general terms and conditions of sale, the owner authorizes DOG DAYCARE to photograph or film their pet while they are at the daycare. These images may be used for communication purposes (website, social networks, brochures, etc.), without financial compensation, for a period of ten (10) years.

If the owner wishes to withdraw his consent, he may request this at any time in writing by contacting DOG DAYCARE using the contact details provided in Article 2 of the T&Cs.
