We only accept sociable dogs to ensure a good relationship within the daycare. However, after assessing their behavior, we can find suitable solutions based on your dog's specific needs.

Food is not included in our services. However, at the request of the owners, we can provide your dog's regular food, provided by you, for an additional fee.

We welcome all dogs, regardless of their size, provided they meet our admission requirements (up-to-date vaccinations, sociable behavior, etc.).

Reservations are made directly through our KookiePetHotel platform (click on the "Reservations" tab). It's quick and easy!

This isn't necessary; we have comfortable dog beds on site. If you prefer, you can bring your dog's bed, but we decline any responsibility for any damage. We recommend that you label your dog's belongings carefully.

We are open Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:30am to 7:00pm. Extended hours can be added as an option during booking.

With the Premium plan, you'll receive photos of your dog throughout the day and a short report at the end of the day. For the standard rate, options are available to receive updates. Yes, the daycare is designed to promote socialization and interaction between dogs. We take care to form homogeneous groups based on each animal's size, personality, and temperament to ensure their well-being and comfort.

Dogs are welcome from 6 months old, provided they are fully vaccinated. This helps ensure better socialisation and comfort in a group environment.
