INTERNAL RULES
1. SAFETY RULES
Dogs are grouped according to their size, personality, and temperament in order to ensure their well-being and safety.
Secure and enclosed areas are available when necessary to temporarily isolate a dog or manage specific situations.
The premises are equipped with a 24/7 video surveillance system to monitor all areas and ensure peace of mind for owners.
Everything is implemented to prevent incidents and ensure a safe environment for all dogs.
2. ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS TO THE DAYCARE

Dogs must be social with humans and other dogs.

Mandatory vaccinations: Rabies (R), Distemper (C), Hepatitis (Rubarth), Parvovirus (P), Canine Influenza (Pi), Leptospirosis (L4) + strongly recommended kennel cough vaccine (Tx)

Flea and tick prevention treatment + deworming must be up to date and mandatory.

Minimum age: 6 months

Dog identification via microchip (I-CAD identification card must be provided)

Dogs from categories 1 and 2 and female dogs in heat are not accepted.

A discovery (trial) session is mandatory before integration into the daycare, with presentation of the animal’s health record.

Unneutered male dogs are accepted subject to validation of the trial session and compliance with the above admission criteria.

Harness is mandatory.
3. SERVICES OFFERED
Dog daycare:
-
Dogs evolve in a 40m² indoor space, with the possibility of isolation in enclosed pens if necessary.

Group walks are included only for full-day daycare:
During group walks, other dogs are kept safe in enclosed areas under video surveillance.
Walks last on average 20 to 30 minutes, adjusted according to weather conditions (snow, rain, extreme heat).
Several optional add-ons are available to meet each dog’s individual needs according to owner preferences.
Dog Wash:

Self-service bathing station with shampoo, hygiene products, grooming table, scissors, and apron included.

Optional service: dogs attending daycare can be washed before being returned in the evening.
Wellness services:

Appointment only: massages, osteopathy, and other relaxing treatments adapted to dogs’ needs.
4. OWNER OBLIGATIONS
Punctuality: additional fees apply in case of late pick-up as specified in the contract. DOG DAYCARE may show flexibility if the delay is communicated well in advance.
Harness is mandatory: each dog must wear a harness for safety.
Owners must provide up-to-date information about their dog’s health and immediately report any change (illness, treatment, behaviour).
Personal belongings (toys, leashes, collars) must be handed over to staff and stored in designated boxes.
5. OPENING HOURS & PRICING
Opening hours:

Daycare: Tuesday to Saturday: 08:30 – 19:00

Shop + Dog Wash: Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 – 12:30 / 15:30 – 19:00
Hours may be subject to change; any update will be communicated in advance.
Packages and pricing:

Half-day morning or afternoon (up to 4 hours, no walk) : from 35€ -- MEMBERS ONLY

Full day (up to 10 hours including at least one group walk): from 50€ (MEMBERS) to 85€ (NON-MEMBERS)

Add-ons available + special openings on normally closed days

2-hour care: subject to availability, by direct contact with DOG DAYCARE: from €25 -- MEMBERS ONLY

Price increase applies on public holidays for daycare services

Family discount: 5% off from the 2nd dog
DOG DAYCARE reserves the right to modify pricing; any updates will be communicated in advance.
Uncollected animal:
Any animal not collected after 19:00 without news from the owner will be considered abandoned and handed over to animal control services.
6. LIABILITY & INSURANCE
DOG DAYCARE is committed to providing a safe and suitable environment for each dog. However, despite all precautions, incidents may occur.
In case of veterinary costs related to an incident, these remain the responsibility of the dog’s owner.
DOG DAYCARE is covered by professional liability insurance with Generali.
DOG DAYCARE declines any responsibility in the event of natural death of the animal.
For animals under medical treatment, DOG DAYCARE will strictly follow veterinary prescriptions. DOG DAYCARE cannot be held responsible for any issues or deterioration in the animal’s health following medication administration. If aggression prevents treatment administration, DOG DAYCARE cannot be held responsible.
For senior dogs and/or dogs suffering from chronic illnesses (diabetes, epilepsy, etc.), a liability waiver will be required, as well as a veterinary certificate confirming their condition.
7. DISPLAY & COMPLAINTS
This internal policy is available at all times in the reception area.
