At Dog Daycare, we welcome a limited number of dogs per day (4 to 6), so we can care for each one in a safe, secure environment that meets their needs.
Our daycare is under 24/7 video surveillance and has air conditioning in summer and heating in winter to keep our dogs cool or warm.
Whether for half a day, a full day, or a few hours, our daycare allows your dog to have fun, exercise, and thrive while you're away with complete peace of mind.

Assessment session
Each dog will be required to complete a discovery and adaptation session before finalizing their registration for the dog daycare service. This allows us to get to know them better and ensure our environment is suited to their needs to ensure an optimal experience.
Assessment session program :
👉 20 minutes of discussion with you Dog Parents to better understand your dog's specific needs
👉 2.5 hours of adaptation for your dog with the other dogs in the daycare
We pay special attention to your dog during this session.
During the assessment, we ask that you remain reachable so that you can pick up your dog if they become too stressed.

CONDITIONS FOR ADMISSION OF DOGS TO THE DAYCARE CENTER
To ensure the well-being and safety of all dogs and staff, the dog daycare service requires compliance with the following criteria:
• A discovery session is mandatory before integration into the daycare (excluding Visitor package), with presentation of the animal's health record.
• Minimum age: 6 months.
• Identification of the dog by electronic chip or tattoo required
• The I-CAD identification card must be provided (France only)
• Mandatory vaccinations: Rabies (R), Canine Distemper (C), Rubarth Hepatitis (H), Parvovirosis (P), Influenza (Pi), Leptospirosis (L4) + Kennel Cough Vaccine (Tx)
• Preventive flea and tick treatments / deworming required and up to date.
• Dogs in categories 1 and 2 as well as females in heat are not accepted.
• Dogs must be sociable with their peers.
• In the event of inappropriate behavior (uncleanliness, noise pollution, reactivity), DOG DAYCARE reserves the right to exclude the dog without reimbursement of the current service.
• Harness required for dogs.

Payment terms and modification - cancellation policy
Payment terms:

30% deposit upon booking, remaining balance to be paid no later than the day of booking.

A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Subscriptions reserved exclusively for members. Full prepayment, non-refundable.
Accepted payment methods : bank card (fees may apply), bank transfer or cash.
MODIFICATION:
The reservation can be changed free of charge and subject to availability of the new date, up to 48 hours before the reservation date.
No changes requested less than 48 hours before the reservation date will be accepted.
CANCELLATION :
The deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the reservation date, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the service is due.
Koala Flex insurance: benefit from a partial refund of the deposit already paid in case of cancellation by you up to 48 hours before the reservation date.
