One dog or several dogs from the same household may be welcomed, subject to a minimum opening fee on these exceptional days.

30% deposit upon booking, remaining balance to be paid no later than the day of booking.

Accepted payment methods: bank card (fees may apply), bank transfer or cash.
MODIFICATION:
The reservation can be changed free of charge and subject to availability of the new date, up to 48 hours before the reservation date.
No changes requested less than 48 hours before the reservation date will be accepted.
CANCELATION :
The deposit is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation less than 48 hours before the reservation date, or in case of no-show, the full amount of the service is due.
Koala Flex insurance : benefit from a partial refund of the deposit already paid in case of cancellation by you up to 48 hours before the reservation date.

From the menu, select "My Favorite Professionals" and add DOG DAYCARE, to make it easier to find us when booking.
